Welcome and thank-you for visiting my site. After completing a 3 year course in the study and science of the body, (Somatology) in 2001, I went on to work in a variety of spa's and health centres, in both SA and the UK. I hope that I will be able to inspire you to find a balance in the different areas of your life. In my continued quest for exploring, finding and trying to achieve balance in my own life, I have come across many concepts and products. Whether it be 'Going Green,' going for a walk or going to church, each has helped an aspect of my life to feel more balanced. Through this site, I would like to share my thoughts and discoveries, specifically with regards to Skin and Body Care. I have found two very special, natural and eco-consience skin care companies, that have definitely helped me 'find the balance' in this area of my life.
